It likely means the page that the link was discovered on is now redirecting to another page. I would suggest you try different web browsers, while logged in and logged out of your google account, and different computers and devices (mobile web browsers, not the google maps app, as the app appears to be working fine for you), to see if you can further isolate the problem.
